The new year is here, which means there’s only 64 days till SX Interactive starts. Hard to believe another year of music, film, tech, free booze, all-day parties, networking, panels, and the all-out marketing blitz is almost upon us. To help keep up with how to prepare, we’ve got some updates for you on getting party-ready come March.

First, be sure to keep up with the Southby official site for announcements regarding featured speakers and events. The music keynote will be given by none other than Dave Grohl (does this mean a Queens of the Stone Age show?), and if you love the Internet, be sure to catch The Oatmeal’s Matthew Inman Interactive keynote address.
Check out Operation Every Band for reviews of every (official) band playing the fest — with a spreadsheet and popularity index including — this comprehensive guide to sound is the Nate Silver of Southby predicting bands is worth waiting in line to catch and what music you’ll still be listening to post-fest.
We’ve created our own Spotify playlist featuring bands performing at SX ’13. Spotify users (which everyone should be by now, right?) can click here to listen. More bands added daily — as it’s a little difficult to keep up with the massive list of performers.
In a band that wants to play an unofficial show? We’ve got a band listing page where you had add your information and use it to share with party promoters still looking for talent.
Lastly, got a party that you want use to spread the word about? Email us. Follow RSVPster on Twitter, and we’ve changed over to a new Facebook page.
