Disco Naiveté is delighted to announce that they partnering up with their regulars Crack In The Road for another season of Hype Hotel at SX madness. Last year they had the likes of Hozier, The 1975 and HAERTS gracing this stage – now they proudly present you Hype Machine’s Hype Hotel presented by Feed The Beat, edition 2k15.
The thing’s called Hype Hotel for a reason, so they’ve fittingly put together a line-up of all things you just need to see at this year’s edition of SX. For real.
Lydia Ainsworth kicks things off with her beloved typically weird-Canadian electronics, mesmerizing you into the rest of the afternoon. Next up is the one and only Christine and the Queens, whose stellar pop chique soundtracks our life as we speak and will soundtrack yours once you’ve seen her grace the stage. George Maple comes all the way from down under to test the bass and truly become that Future Classic. Even though the event is +21, we just had to make an exception for Willow Smith – rules were made to break, etcetera, especially for occasions like this. Whip My Hair doesn’t do this future pop diva justice. Indigo child Raury starts a riot shortly afterwards, ready to become that yung breakout star once and for all. And finally we have ILoveMakonnen who will certainly make Friday feel like a real Tuesday – oh boy. PC Music’s very own Danny L Harle will be there to provide you with geekery beats in between sets to keep that adrenaline pumping for the entire afternoon.
