The main entrance to the Palmer Events Center is on the North Side of the building facing Riverside Drive. Ample parking is available at a nominal fee in the parking garage adjacent to the Palmer Events Center. The Long Center is located at 701 W Riverside Dr.

SXSW Interactive Festival Shuttles will run frequently between The Palmer Events Center, The Long Center, and the Austin Convention Center. This Interactive Festival shuttle is free for all SXSW badge holders.
