SATURDAY, MARCH 12

What: German Haus (March 12-16)
Where: German Haus at Lucille, 77 Rainey St, 9:30am – 2:00am.
Details: Pack your rucksack and feel our modern homeland’s zeitgeist at the German Haus. If a biergarten is on your mind, have no fear! We sure wouldn’t open up the German Haus if there wasn’t some tasty beer, bratwurst, and most importantly direct & creative thinking involved. You are guaranteed to find lively discussions, panels, networking opportunities, parties, or showcases accentuating the latest of German talent.

What: Contain Yourself – We Are Having A Party – Zendesk party
Where: Container Bar, 90 Rainey St, Noon to 2AM
Details: Coffee drinks by Lucky Lab Coffee Co, cocktails, beer, music from Nick & Paige and DJ Edgar J, food from East Side Kings and more.

What: NYT VR HQ
Where: Easy Tiger, 709 East 6th Street, 11:30AM to 2AM
Details: Over the past 4 months, NYT VR, the new virtual-reality unit of The New York Times, has produced some of the most celebrated work in this emerging new medium. Drop by the NYT VR HQ on Saturday to take a look inside this initiative. You can view the films, talk to the filmmakers and can also hear about all aspects of the NYT VR effort. You can also grab a beer and play ping-pong. For those who want to keep the party going, check out the After Hours lounge from midnight to 2AM.

Details: Friends & Neighbors is opening its backyard to a number of amazing vendors who are setting up shop to bring you the very best of Austin! From vintage clothing and jewelry to handmade goods such as perfumes, handbags, and woven camera straps, they’ve got it all. Inside the shop, they’ll provide you with delicious beverages including coffee, tea, shrubs, micheladas, mimosas, sangria, beer, wine and more!
